Gated Communities Delivery Information: On many occassions you want it to be a surprise unfortunately this can make the delivery come back to the shop. Since 911 has happened communities have tightened there security up. we highly recommend calling in advance to smooth this over. Gated Communities can be difficult at times providing us with phone numbers and calling in advance of the delivery can allow the first attempt to succeed. Calling the guard gate ahead of time is one way to try and keep the delivery a surprise. We do every thing possible to get into the community the first trip out the door. if we can not get into the community can cause a second delivery fee.
